Job Description Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects focused on infrastructure components, including: Network Data Center Workplace Systems Security Within the pharmaceutical industry, you will lead mid- to large-sized teams, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives.
Strong leadership, a proven track record in handling high-priority projects, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure are essential.
What you will be doing: Lead cross-functional teams across multiple departments, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and driving alignment among stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including server setups, network improvements, cloud transitions, and data center upgrades.
Facilitate regular meetings, provide consistent status updates, and maintain clear communication across all organizational levels.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and GxP regulations, and lead post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications 6-10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects, with at least 3 projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (network, data center, workplace systems, security) and familiarity with GxP regulations.
Proven leadership skills in managing complex, large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders, managing expectations, and effectively conveying project status.
Demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and mitigate risks in high-complexity projects.
Proficiency in project management tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to specialized industry software.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
PMP certification preferred; educational background in business, IT, or related fields.
Fluency in English.
