Does thatsound interesting to you?Thenbecome part of our global team as a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d) tofurther drive digitization at Siemens Healthineers.Your tasks and responsibilities: ·You areresponsible for the planning and execution of global projects, ensuringadherence to budget, timeline and quality.·You areable to manage multiple, smaller projects simultaneously.·You facilitatethe alignment of business and technical requirements with relevant stakeholdersin IT and business departments, e.g.
with IT Business Analysts, internal/externalimplementation partners and Function representatives.·You arecomfortable applying different PM methodologies (Waterfall as well as agilemethodology), depending on the given scenario·You areresponsible for project communication, including coordination with therespective steering board and stakeholders at senior management level, as wellas ·Projectreporting as well as risk, resource or change management are also part of yourtasks·You ensure a seamlessproject-to-service transition, documentation and training concept.Your qualifications andexperience:·You havea university degree in computer science or a comparable specialization.·You have minimum6-8 years of experience in project management and minimum 2-3 years in themanagement ofinternational projects.·You have provenworking experience in the key areas of Project Management: Team OperationsManagement, Scope, Schedule, Cost Management, Quality and Resource Management,Communications, Risk, Supplier/Vendor, and Stakeholder Management.·You have asolid know-how in agile project management and managing Scrum Teams.·You havein-depth knowledge in the area of transformation and application migration.·You haveproven knowledge in IT and global rollouts·You havemanaged as project manager IT projects with focus on introducing or scaling SaaS-Solutionswith a strong Business Process and Service Orientation focus·PreviousProject management experience in the following process domains are an asset: QualityManagement, Procurement, Real Estate or Sustainability·Exposureto ServiceNow is very helpfulYour profile and your skills:·You havea convincing appearance, very good communication and presentation skills and experiencein dealing with important stakeholders at senior management level and ininternational teams.·You arefluent in spoken English.
·You haveworked abroad or in global teams several times and bring along correspondinginternational experience.·You workvery independently, are very interested to work with new technologies and toapply them within the digitalization of our company·Personally,you will convince us with your ability to change, your analytical skills andyour focus on results.·You aremobile and work with colleagues at different locations (remote and on-site).
