This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Operations.Oversee project management initiatives through the creation of shared scope, goals, milestones, deadlines, and deliverablesEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope, assessing risks, and setting quality and performance standards during the project lifecycleLead cross-functional teams composed of individuals from Community Development to drive community projects to completion that support strategic business initiatives
