(Senior) Project Manager Porto Porto, Porto, Portugal Job Description:Your responsibilities:Manage all phases of the implementation project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation/planning, execution, testing, cutover/go-live, and handover to Support.Partner with the Customer PM to become a trusted resource and actively drive the implementation project to success.Manage between 3-8 projects concurrently to time, budget, and quality.Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, regional delivery managers, and PS leadership.Inspire and motivate functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure all project goals are met.Your experience:Minimum of 5+ years continuous experience as a Project Manager, or min. 8+ years for Senior role, ideally in a professional services environment for a software vendor/partner.Direct experience managing all phases of the software implementation project lifecycle for enterprise clients.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with team dependencies.Experience leading diverse project teams of 2-7+ people per project.Experience dealing with senior client stakeholders.Experience managing SaaS & on-premise implementation projects of 50-250+ days of effort.Experience successfully managing both T&M and Fixed-Price enterprise software implementation projects.International customer experience (across EMEA/US) preferred.Working knowledge of ECM (enterprise content management) and/or IP (invoice processing) solutions preferred.Skills & Certifications:Passionate about technology and delivering value to customers.Confident and articulate presenter to senior client personnel.Able to take a consultative approach and ensure both scope and project boundaries are maintained.Problem solver who seeks the best solutions for the customer and the business.Ability to effectively communicate complex procedural concepts to stakeholders.Understanding of different software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, etc.) and when to apply them.Advanced knowledge of MS Project (or similar tool) and MS Office applications.Naturally very organized and disciplined with a high level of attention to detail.Excellent command of the English language; a second or native language of German or French is a plus.Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent, or relevant work experience.PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, or similar certification (required, or to be achieved within 3 months).ITIL Foundation (preferred).
