Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big: - Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with the central IT of the Robert Bosch Group for the Power Tools division, focusing on managing projects with high customer interfacing activities.- Project Planning: You work together with solution managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting- Project Communication: You drive communication by providing regular status updates, facilitating workshops, and ensuring transparency with all stakeholders.- Dependencies and Risk Management: Manage dependencies and risks across multiple solutions and IT products within the analytics solutions landscape.- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
You conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations.- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities, including project processes, quality assurance documents, knowledge bases, and progress report.- Financial Steering: Support the financial steering of the analytics portfolio through standardization techniques- Process Improvement: You ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards and apply continuous improvement- Project Execution: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex analytics projects on time, within scope, and within budgetQualificationsWhat distinguishes you:- Education: University degree in business administration, information technology, or a comparable field.- Personality: Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance and engage stakeholders effectively.- Working Method: Structured, solution- and goal-oriented, with a focus on strategic alignment and execution.- Experience: A minimum of 7 years in project management, preferably in data analytics or IT environments.
Proven experience of managing complex, cross-functional projects with budgets of at least 3 million EUR.
Experience working with development teams of 15 or more people in a global setting is also required.- Know-how: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (, Agile, Scrum, or classic PM).
Familiarity with SAFe is a plus.- Skills: Strong risk management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
