In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Integrated Business Team (IBT) to meet its targets. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth IBT operations, contributing to the development of annual goals, and overseeing the timely execution of these objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Project Director – Commercial Oncology, you will:Lead the development of IBT scorecard objectives.Support market development and brand strategy initiatives.Oversee operational support for product launches.Ensure effective communication and alignment with IBT goals.Manage meeting logistics and agendas.Assist in calendar planning.Support key initiatives and facilitate collaboration among various partners.Required Skills/ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, management, life sciences, or a related field.More than 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, project management, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sector.Deep understanding of business operations, strategic planning processes, and project management methodologies.Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead productive meetings and discussions.Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, effectively influencing teams towards common goals.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Project Management Certification and experience in management consulting.Experience in a global pharmaceutical or equivalent organisation, with knowledge of quality and compliance environments and the application of relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
