Must-Have:
+5 years of experience in project management or team lead
Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Deep knowledge of agile principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience on analysis, planning, organization and prioritize tasks
Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Experience in the financial and payment sector and/or digital solutions area
Experience in managing IT projects and C-level stakeholders
Proficiency in other Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA/Confluence/Atlas
Fluent or good knowledge of English and Spanish
Good interpersonal skills
Team spirit
Would be great if you have:
Proficiency in PowerBI/Microstrategy.
Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
PMO Certification
