Descrição da Função DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS: Planning and Project scoping: Definition of project scope, project objective, specific project constraints, and definition of success criteria. Preparation of project timeline with milestones, deliverables, internal and external dependencies. Identify project risk and elaborate risk mitigation strategies. Communication management. Organize and coordinate regular meetings with all project stakeholders. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, updates, and presentations. Project execution: Monitor the execution of project activities according to the project plan. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (business owners, solution providers, consultants, etc.) during the project execution. Ensure that project objectives are met, and deliverables are completed on time. Manage changes to the project scope and schedule. Ensure that project related service level requirements are met. Coordinate the user acceptance sessions, feedback loops and transition to production (when applicable). Coordinate user training activities. Quality, scalability, and maintainability of the solution: Ensures that state of the art solutions and best practices are incorporated into the search services to guarantee that the Portal search service meets user requirements and is adaptable for future needs. Identify and document specific search requirements such as integration with existing systems, prioritisation of specific documents in search result, handling large-scale data, role-based access to information, requirements for calculation of search relevancy, etc. Whenever AI models are used: Coordinate the evaluation of artificial intelligence (AI) models, models training and evaluation of AI models performance. Ensure that AI models used in the solution are free from biases, comply with ethical guidelines and with existing AI regulations. Coordinate the evaluation of emerging technologies in AI to ensure that the project remains state of the art. Coordinate the implementation of a continuous feedback loop to refine AI models and search algorithms based on user feedback and evolving business requirements. Monitor and manage the risks during the project lifecycle: Ensure that the project risks are correctly identified, quantified and proper contingency plans are defined. Monitor and control project risks and take corrective actions as necessary. Documentation and reporting: Validate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports
