As a Senior Project Manager Product Presentation at adidas Digital Content Studio, your task is to manage all digital creative projects in the workstream as well as supporting the operational excellence of the overall team.
The Tier 1 Production team focuses on elevated ecommerce photography, partnering with a remote studio in Germany (This is not on site in studio).
The project scope is primarily on a global level across digital functions.
Your objective is to conduct the projects within the boundaries of time, cost & quality.
Planning, executing, and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role.
Additionally , your task is to drive standardization and continuous improvement of assigned processes in collaboration with the business stakeholders i.e., legal, procurement, Mass Production and finance.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver projects end-to-end successfully Manage the relationship between Digital Content Studio and production vendors together with the producers.
Process Definition & Documentation together with the team Monitor project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.)
Identify improvement opportunities and define respective solutions.
Support the Producers and creatives the a on day-to-day issue resolution and operations within your scope of responsibility.
Run the team meetings Manage a junior to mid Project Manager Key Relationships Producers Operations Business Affairs Project Manager External production agencies and vendors Business Units Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to learn quickly and produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, etc.
In-depth knowledge of modern project-management-related tools I.E.
Workfront.
Experience managing stakeholders Be willing to give and receive honest, direct and thoughtful feedback Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Project Management Solutions-oriented approach Fluent in English, both verbally and written Embraces and promotes new ways of working.

Very good communication & negotiation skills, Comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely Requirements Education & Experience 6+ years of experience in a Digital and/or Creative team environment Advanced knowledge of Production workflows in ecommerce studios Experience in managing complex processes, involving multiple teams in different regions We're an internal digital creative studio.
