Candidate will be integrated in the Project Controls Team, as part of the E& C division, to perform the required developments, tracking and analysis on what concerns Project Controls. The rigth professional will be focussed on Planning and Scheduling,Location: Lisbon, Hybrid from Portugal in rotation with Canada.Responsibilities· Perform all aspects of Time Scheduling functions, from project development to final delivery, as well all aspects of cost control functions, from proposals to project execution· Collect and analyse information used to plan and both, schedule projects and distribute project costs, according to the proposal budget and schedule, and work in cooperations with EPC and PM.· Evaluate procedures and recommend improvements· Utilize standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools· Use Work Breakdown Structure ( WBS)· Ensure accuracy of project schedules dates· Coordinate project schedules· Track baselines· Plan and prepare production schedules for fabrication, installation and repair of industrial process systems· Create detailed reporting· Create Cost Breakdown Structure ( CBS) in cooperation with the PM· Analysis of proposals, contracts and PO· Prepare invoices· Analysis and integration of diverse sources of dataExperienceAt least 10 years work experience in industrial plant projectsQualifications· Degree or bachelor´s engineering· Preferred experience: Power, Oil& Gas.
