Then come and join our global team as Senior Project & Change Manager (f/m/d) SAP BI to play a key role in driving digital transformation, implementing innovative BI solutions, and optimizing the integration of SAP systems on a global scale – with the goal of providing valuable insights and sustainably increasing efficiency across all business areas. Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities:You will take full responsibility for projects in the BI environment and support larger SAP projects as a sub-project manager for BI and Analytics topics.You will be responsible for the Sales Activity Reporting in SAP BI, ensuring smooth operations and the implementation of change requests, and securing data supply for the monthly close of the Headquarter-ARE.You will be responsible for data and system integration within the Healthineers BI landscape.In close collaboration with our departmental partners, you will clarify requirements and oversee their implementation, while managing and coordinating the collaboration with external service providers.Internally, you will work closely with teams from SAP Basis, ERP systems, the Healthineers Data Lake, and our global team in the USA and India.With your knowledge of IT, logistics, and financial processes, you will actively contribute to identifying optimization potentials and proactively propose innovative improvements.You will drive the improvement of IT services by applying new methods and concepts to generate added value for the company.You will support the implementation of prototypes and feasibility studies to test innovations.Your qualifications and experience:You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable field.You have many years of experience working with SAP BW4HANA and have extensive experience in IT implementation projects, particularly in reporting and controlling.Ideally, you have solid knowledge in SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Snowflake.You are able to translate business requirements into precise IT concepts and ensure they are implemented as sustainable and future-proof IT solutions.We welcome experience in IT service management (particularly ITIL) and experience with incident and change management tools such as SAP Solution Manager and ServiceNow.You possess comprehensive expertise in finance, controlling, and logistics, and you apply this knowledge effectively to achieve your goals.Your attributes and skills:You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure smooth collaboration with our global team.You are capable of successfully steering external partners and coordinating their deliverables effectively.You are highly results-oriented and responsive to the needs of end-users, driving change.You are very team-oriented and enjoy working in an international environment.
