What you'll do   In your role as Senior Product Specialist (KPI Management and SAC Analytics Focus) (f/m/d) you would work on: Setting up and driving KPI Performance Management for CPIT Customer & Partner (C&P) cross Creating a Dashboard (drill-down), incl.
roll-out and maintenance for CPIT C&P cross Driving and ensuring regularly KPI reviews with Business, Process Owners and any other relevant stakeholder, and Jointly identifying where and how the KPIs performance can be improved, and how the current delivery initiatives/use cases in the backlog do fit to the Roadmap and KPIs (mapping) across CPIT C&P.   In a team with a self-driven mindset - learning to make mistakes and fail fast, learn and adapt quickly; Build resilience and increase your communication skills as you would be exposed to different stakeholders from different areas of the business (Sales, Operations, Commercial, O2I, etc.
); and take the lead or drive innovative enhancements or ideas which help our team make data work better for our stakeholders.
Support the analysis and continuous improvement of process design.
Provide input to help shape business requirements and create intelligent experiences for our customers.
Contribute to excellence for our digital business models.
Ensure that minimum viable products (MVP) value is realized through feedback loops.
Provide visibility into IE Business Solutions' real transactional/process execution through DevOps.
Actively engage to support business and delivery to make informed decisions on value and performance insights.
Assess process implementations by introducing and leveraging SAP Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligence.
Work closely with IE BS BE Process Strategy and Design team, product owners, process owners, and business.
Collaborate closely with SAP Signavio Process Insights and Intelligent stakeholders.
Support building a trusted long-term relationship with strategic customers (business).
Portfolio & Value Management capability is data driven, leverages process mining and contributes to excellence for our digital business models, which form value streams based on agile product delivery.
Analytics Focus : Build an analytical layer to our Portfolio & Value Management services concept and expose this view to our internal SAP customers.
We are looking at SAP Analytics Cloud among several technologies in achieving this goal.
As such, we are looking for a colleague with established SAC knowledge and ideally data modelling experience in C4S, HANA Studio and/or exposure to some degree to BTP / SAP Datasphere.

Skills in graphical database modelling like e.g.
HANA / SQL are an asset.
SAP BW (incl.
Planning, Modelling).
SQL scripting or view modelling in HANA Studio.
Knowledge of C4S and working with entities, dimensions, modelling, etc.
Experience in implementation of Usage APIs in various technologies and usage of different data sources, as well as understanding how to extract incoming data into entry layer of analytical Infrastructure and perform enrichment with master data would be an asset.
Moreover, you demonstrate the following: Bachelor/ Master's Degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field 5+ years of working experience with a proven track record in SAP Projects, working in Data Governance, Data Management, and process optimization Conceptual and structured work style with a strong sense for prioritization; result and execution oriented Strong customer orientation (internal/external) with a focus on relationship and expectation management Signavio, data mining, and/or Business Process Insight experience is a plus Agile framework experience/understanding is a plus Fluent in both written and spoken English     Meet your team   The Portfolio & Value Management Team is part of the CPIT organization , focused on analyzing value of initiatives for SAP.

Portfolio & Value Management current team's goals:   Assist Product Management, Product Engineering, and Business Engagement teams by providing visibility into our transactional and process execution to support decision making Assess value of the business requests before it goes through the lean portfolio management process Validate and confirm estimated and actual value at regular intervals with Product Managers and Customers (internal) Ensure our current sales, fulfillment and finance processes are reflected in SAP Signavio     ?
