Our Performance Measurement & Customer Profiling team is dedicated to providing reliable and accurate data for all marketing reports, dashboards, and automation processes at the country, channel, campaign, and customer levels. We are looking for a passionate Technical Product Owner to join our team and lead our data initiatives toward excellence.Your Tasks – Paint the world greenTogether with the business owners, you define a clear vision and strategy, ensuring team alignment in all aspects of their work.You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, aligning efforts with the strategic goals to provide tangible value.You collaborate closely with the analytics team and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data delivery.You lead the efforts in extracting, transforming and loading data from various sources to meet marketing reports and automation process needs.You define and prioritize the product backlog based on business requirements for high-impact data solutions, ensuring technical excellence.You develop quarterly roadmaps, ensuring business impact, scope, and effort are clear, with success metrics defined before implementation.You transform roadmap epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, managing team capacity and enabling the team to autonomously achieve the milestones.You ensure we develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and provide training to team members and stakeholders as needed.Your Profile – Ready to hop on boardProven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within a Marketing Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or data-driven environment.Devotion to delivering high-quality data products with detailed documentation, well-defined SLAs and robust monitoring in place.Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and the ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing solutions, and data visualization tools is a plus.Experience with applying agile software product development principles and techniques (e.G. Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Design Thinking, etc.)Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with and managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.You'll bring openness, mutual respect, curiosity and a positive attitude to collaborations across the domain and company.Experience in functionally steering a team remotely across various locations is a plus
