YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Driving the user experience of our SIXT fleet team applications through an innovative and forward-thinking approach.
Gaining a deep understanding of the end-to-end vehicle lifecycle processes, including purchasing, infleeting, and defleeting, and developing solutions that ensure the best usage of our vehicles while maintaining our position as a mobility provider.
Adapt a hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analysing data and visiting our corporate countries to collect valuable user feedback and deliver excellent results.
Collaborating with our operations department to understand the interdependencies of our processes and develop products with smooth end-to-end workflows that boost our global fleet KPIs.
Delivering outcome-focused products that make a significant impact on our bottom line.
Being an expert communicator who brings together business and tech teams and conveys information to stakeholders clearly, up to a board level.
Defining, structuring, and prioritizing the backlog of your products effectively to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Creating a compelling vision, mission, and roadmap for your products that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
A true passion for revolutionizing the world of mobility with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of product management experience in an agile environment.
A natural analytical thinker with a strong understanding of interpreting data, enabling you to find innovative solutions to daily challenges.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others while working closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
A highly organized and structured approach to work, with a positive and hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on finding solutions for challenges.
A strong focus on data-driven and impact-oriented approaches; you should be comfortable with metrics and KPIs and know how to translate strategy into actions.
Experience in working with remote and distributed teams is a plus.
Experience in SaaS companies, while not essential, is a benefit.
Fluency in English is required, and fluency in German is a bonus.
