Your focus will be on leveraging market research and insights to drive data-driven content strategies that effectively educate and engage Paddle's target audiences across various global go-to-market initiatives. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning and messaging to drive product adoption and growth in target markets.To be successful in this role, beyond exceptional research, ideation, and writing skills, you'll need to be comfortable scoping and delivering Product Marketing strategies that align with market insights and business targets. You'll also need to be adept at managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing requests.What you'll do:Strategy Development: Work with the Head of Product Marketing to implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform target markets and positioning strategies for products.Product Positioning and Messaging: Define the value proposition of our products and develop messaging that highlights unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Ensure that the messaging resonates with the target audience and effectively differentiates the product from competitors.Product Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the product management team and the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Translate product features and functionality into compelling marketing messages and value propositions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including product management, sales, enablement, customer success, marketing communications, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and gather customer insights to analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.Product Enablement: Working with product management, develop comprehensive product tools and resources to ensure clear product understanding across the business.Enablement Alignment: Partner with the enablement team to equip the commercial organization with product knowledge and messaging
