WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Define the product vision, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Payment Gateway features and enhancements Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives Take full ownership of your product, serving as a project manager throughout the entire lifecycle - from project initiation to team management and successful delivery Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payment solutions Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources Collaborate with finance and other stakeholders to align product strategies with financial objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and key stakeholders Ensure that the company products comply with industry regulations and security standards Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with payment processing.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE At least 4-5 years of proven experience in product management with a focus on payment gateway solutions In-depth knowledge of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, fintech industry trends Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product life cycles Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field English language skills at B1-B2 level and fluent russian language.
