What you will do: As a Senior Product Manager, you will set the product vision, define use cases, analyze customer needs and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for success. You will work directly with design, research, engineering, and analytics to collect input, shape requirements, and validate features. You will drive prioritization for your area, communicate with internal stakeholders, conduct user testing with customers, and work on the go-to-market plan with product marketing. You will also be responsible for driving product adoption and improving the customer experience through your products while aligning with the bigger OLX goals. This role will be responsible for monetizing additional paid services, such as promoting real estate listings or sellers. Key challenges include: Determining pricing strategies for these services Optimizing pricing models Creating service bundles Identifying new services to boost revenue You will play a crucial role in defining the direction of the monetization product stream and setting clear monetization goals aligned with product quality objectives. You will work closely with teams responsible for delivering value to specific client segments and other monetization teams. Who we are looking for: Proven track record in product management, ideally at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce company. You have extensive experience building great customer-focused products. Able to build a product strategy with corresponding outcomes and success metrics. Able to extract insights and define a roadmap focused on solving crucial customer needs. Able to create a rationale and investment case where required. Experienced in data-driven product development and applying A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis in your decision making. Able to take end-to-end responsibility for their product. Is able to work independently with limited support and guidance from the Head of Product. Curious and takes initiative to dig into the why, what & how. A problem solver that is not afraid of taking on big, complex, and ambiguous challenges and breaking them into products that bring value to customers and OLX. Values collaboration and building consensus in and outside of your team, in the spirit of teamwork. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. You are required to be proficient in English.
