POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to integrate into our Product team.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment, and post-deployment activities. Support product strategy throughout the development process; analyze competitors and market trends; develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications. Proactively identify problems that arise in the product development lifecycle, outline options, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed. Rely on data driven techniques to support decision making, whereas feature scoping/conceptualization, market sizing/go-to-market strategy, or product health metrics. Champion the coordination with Marketing and Operational teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals. Work with engineering teams to deliver value to the company and with complete independence, write and approve user stories as part of an Agile project framework. Manage communication with key stakeholders to guarantee strategic alignment, coordinate product evolution and manage expectations. Contribute with inputs to set the overall vision for our products. Anticipate upstream and downstream adoption strategy and work with internal business groups to adjust to meet the strategic targets. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: Proven experience in Product Management (+4 years) Able to think globally/strategically, framing new and complex issues and being passionate about developing customer-centric products. A professional with solid interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), with proven ability to develop and maintain effective product roadmaps Experienced in informing product direction based on data with a fast iterative incremental technique. Familiar with working with a diverse set of product development disciplines - such as Designers, architects, Engineers, or Quality Assurance professionals.
