We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative solutions that delight our customers and fuel business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset coupled with a bias for execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products that achieve measurable outcomes. You'll champion the voice of the customer, making data-informed decisions and continuously iterating to improve our offerings.
What will you do:

Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to bring products to market and optimize for impact.
Identify opportunities for product innovation through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Define detailed product specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment across teams.
Monitor key metrics such as product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvements.
Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.


About you:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle and launching impactful products.
Communication: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams. Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Tools: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong analytical mindset with experience using SQL and data tools (e.g., PowerBi, Pendo) to inform decisions.
Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
