THE ROLEAs a Product Manager at Indie Campers, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our camper van rental business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise product features, develop product roadmaps, and drive product development from ideation to launch.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's mission and values.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Your main responsibilities will be to: Understand our business model, strategy, and product vision to define business requirements, enhance our value proposition to external and internal customers, and create detailed roadmaps and implementation guidelines for product features by collaborating with business stakeholders and understanding data based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company objectives and drive product development from ideation to launch, coordinating implementation with business partners.Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate product features.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.Provide product training and support to customer service and operations teamsStay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that our products remain competitive in the market.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Management/Engineering or a related field.Relevant (3+ years) experience managing a product, either as a PM or as an entrepreneur.Experience in a fast-paced or disruptive B2C or B2B digital product with customers in multiple countries.Strong track record in delivering ecommerce B2C digital products with millions of monthly users and a focus on paid conversion/large ticket size.Humility, willingness to get the job done with their own hands, hard work, and motivation to build something great.Analytical - proven ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations based on data and findings.Business Oriented - ability to make decisions by understanding the implications on the business model.Entrepreneurial mindset, identifying problems and designing solutions, owning the business outcome those would have.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, having demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at scale.Experience with product management tools such as JIRA is a plus.Fluency in English is mandatory + other language skills.
This is a hybrid role in Lisbon, 4 days a week in our HQ close to Entrecampos.
