As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with entrepreneurs as if you were their co-founder. You'll bring a lean management perspective to help them prioritize and focus on the right features at each time.
What You'll Be Doing:
Taking the wheel with new clients as the Product Manager;
Managing complex technical products from day one;
Independently managing up to five products at the same time;
Assisting some complex sales processes with early product recommendations;
Creating and maintaining a product backlog;
Actively mitigating impediments impacting the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals;
Using your knowledge of the market to define innovative functional solutions to boost Product value.
The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner;
5+ years of hands-on experience in the Software Development Industry;
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;
Creative thinking with a vision;
Fluency in both written and spoken English;
The Extra Experience We'd Love to See:
Previous working experience as a Founder or Top Manager of a Tech Startup.
