.About the team We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Nexus Design System team for OLX Europe. The Nexus Design System is a cross-product design system serving all our products in OLX Europe, including our OLX horizontal, and Motors and Real Estate vertical classifieds products in Europe. The goal of the Nexus Design System is to allow our teams to create convenient, beautiful and consistent user experiences for our customers across our products, with a lot less effort for our teams. The Nexus Design and Code libraries help designers and developers mix and match UI elements to create experiences with a fraction of the effort, meaning more of their valuable time is spent figuring out how to best solve the customer's problem, rather than what the UI details should look like. As the Senior Product Manager, you will set the vision and plan for Nexus, managing stakeholders, governing and managing projects, develop production-ready components libraries, and bringing the benefits of a Design System to our organization. You will sit in the "Platform" organization and report to the Head of Product there. In Platform, our role is to build systems, tools, platforms and capabilities to enable all our other product teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers. This role can be done remotely, based in Poland or Portugal. If you are a passionate Senior Product Manager with an interest in design systems, who's up for a ride with a steep learning curve, we would love to hear from you. Apply now to join our team and help us guide the success of the Nexus Design System across OLX Europe. What you will do: Develop and communicate a clear vision and plan for the Nexus Design System, which helps you and your partners improve Nexus adoption across all OLX Europe products. Manage a complex stakeholder environment, engaging stakeholders in defining plans and priorities, and understanding the impact of your work on others. Understand internal customer needs and solve for those by developing production-ready components and libraries, both the designs in Figma, and the code in the different UI libraries: React for web (in production today), and iOS, Android and Flutter for mobile (less mature). On top of that, you manage tools such as Storybook and all documentation. Influence and orchestrate a large community of enthusiasts. Beyond the Nexus team, there is a vibrant community of experienced designers and developers around it that want to contribute to the design system. To be successful, you'll organize and collaborate with these groups to multiply the output that in return all can benefit from. Govern and manage processes for library updates, integrating workflows with engineering, and making Nexus part of the onboarding process for new designers, front-end engineers and mobile engineers
