The Consumer Experience (CODE) team in Product & Technology is responsible for evolving our product towards providing a simple, engaging and delightful experience to attract and retain more subscribers, helping them start and cultivate their wellbeing journey with Wellhub. The Eligible-to-Subscriber team's goal is to continuously evolve the consumer enrollment experience towards a simple, intuitive and engaging experience that helps users start their wellbeing journey with us confidently and effortlessly, driving higher conversions for our business. YOUR IMPACT As a Product Manager on the Eligible-to-Subscriber team, you will be responsible for evolving our consumer enrollment experience towards maximizing the business impact of these continuous business model evolutions while ensuring a top-notch user experience. Support the integration and enablement of evolutions to our business models into the consumer enrollment experience; Drive the mapping, assessment, planning and execution of opportunities to continuously improve the user experience and business impact of these evolutions; Drive productrequirements definition, actively collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub; Participate in cross-area programs and projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, sales, marketing; Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams, managing your backlog and leading meetings to deliver well-rounded, scalable products; Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track features and identify improvement opportunities in our product.
