The Sword Move team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to lead the Sword Move mobile app experience. Move is Sword's whole-body solution, designed to help members address low pain before it becomes chronic, help members avoid injury, and build lasting movement habits. What you'll be doing: Translate user needs, business and technical requirements into designs that are visually delightful, easy to use, and emotionally engaging; Drive design solutions sensitive to industry trends that further business outcomes; Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies; Drive collaboration with multiple partners, including product managers, engineers, marketing managers, brand and product designers; Connect user research, testing, and product data with design concepts with a focus on performance; Design beautiful visualexperiences, with a focus on mobile and wearable interfaces; Able to translate Sword's brand identity into user interfaces, following Sword's brand guidelines; Champion the design to development handoff process; Strong communication skills including clear and proactive communication and capable of conveying a range of complex technical issues to both programmers and non-technical team members
