We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Lab team. This role is significant in leading our design efforts, from the depths of product discovery to the final touches that delight users. Your work will not only shape the future of digital products but also help to drive the growth of emerging businesses and other ventures.
What You'll DoCo-own the product discovery phase, driving user and customer research to unearth key insights. Diagnose the problem space before offering direction or advice.Navigate the entire design and validation journey, crafting user flows, designing interactions, and building prototypes to test and iterate on your ideas.Design web and mobile interfaces and interactions - make stuff usable, understandable and definitely enjoyable to use.Validate core usability and viability hypotheses through diverse methods and continuous experimentation, including user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and more.Help with shaping out subsequent product marketing strategies, general brand identity, brand artefacts definition, etc.Collaborate closely with our frontend engineers during the implementation phase, contributing to and enhancing our modular design system for efficient development integration.About You (desired but not required)An innovative thinker with a penchant for problem-solving through design, enthusiastic about leveraging technology to address both new and existing challenges.Seasoned in product design, equipped with a portfolio that showcases your journey from concept to completion across various projects.Experience working in cross-functional teams, partnering with engineering and product management to bring cohesive and impactful designs to life.A commitment to craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to creating delightful user experiences.Flexible in collaboration styles, able to thrive in a semi-remote setting, and open to occasional gatherings in our Košice office or offsite retreats.A proactive self-starter, comfortable with the iterative design process, and possessing a natural drive for action.Bonus points for experience with any kind of design-as-a-service setup (freelance, agency, etc.).Bonus points for any kind of Product-led growth experience.Bonus points for a background in branding or marketing.Why Sudolabs?We're truly product-driven and if you optimize for business impact you'll thrive here.We're strongly user and customer focused.
