Team Summary We are looking for a candidate who should be self-motivated and a critical thinker with strong communication skills to join our Product Consulting Group. The team is the first point of contact for our clients, providing day-to-day support for the platform and workflow-related issues. The team is also involved in handling and resolving any operational issues faced by clients while using our world-class suite of middle/back-office applications and following up with internal teams as per defined SLAs. What you'll do: Manage client relationships from a product consulting perspective, ensuring all their queries are addressed effectively. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing product and application queries ensuring timely resolutions in accordance with SLAs. Resolve operational queries from clients using the platform, providing detailed explanations and insights. Conduct client training sessions on effective use of the Arcesium platform, regularly updating training materials and documentation. Assess the criticality of client-reported issues and collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes. Escalate issues (if any) to internal teams/senior management, as necessary. Maintain comprehensive records of client inquiries to identify trends and address similar requests in the future. Support internal tech teams in operational activities and facilitate quicker resolution of open issues. Collaborate with our Product Management and Forward Deployed teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and funds. What you'll need: A Bachelor or a Master in a Financial discipline with 5+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in supporting trade life cycles and/or interacting with hedge fund managers, investment managers, asset managers, or other buy/sell side firms. A good exposure to Equities, Fixed Income, OTC & Swaps trade lifecycle
