We are in search of a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution design to prospective clients. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful positioning of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in a pre-sales engineering role. What will be your responsibilities Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team and prospective clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations and responding to client inquiries; Understand client requirements, designing custom solutions with detailed technical proposals, collaborating with product management and engineering to ensure feasibility; Engage with clients by presenting solutions to stakeholders, conducting technical workshops, proof of concepts, and pilot projects to demonstrate product value and address concerns; Work closely with thesales team to develop account strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; Participate in sales meetings, client visits, and industry events to support business development efforts; Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, client needs, and product enhancements; Maintain documentation of client interactions, solution designs, and technical proposals, preparing regular reports on pre-sales activities; Contribute to the development of technical sales collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, FAQs, and bid response documents. What are the requirements to join us in this position Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred; Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a pre-sales engineering role or similar technical sales support position.
