We are looking for a senior people data analyst to join our talented analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and data visualisation to support and influence key business initiatives. Your insights will directly contribute to optimising our operations and will help guide strategic decisions across the organisation.
Your new adventure:Gather and analyze data from various P&C systems and sources, including HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, employee surveys, and external benchmarks.Identify current industry trends and patterns within People data to provide insights into areas such as recruitment, talent management, workforce demographics, turnover rates, performance metrics, and employee engagement, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.Develop and maintain key People metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
