In your new role you will:
Provide administrative support to the customer-facing supply chain function;Ensure timely processing of orders and forecasts in SAP;Initiate all shipments, standard and non-standard on-time;Resolve issues and manage workflows concerning electronic messages from customers;Highlight any issues in order confirmations to the responsible Customer Logistic Manager in order to ensure customer satisfaction;Maintain customer product data such as material determination, substitutes, and exclusion list;Handle consignment concepts by monitoring MRP runs, and reconciling consignment stock;Manage forecast-based concepts and maintain system tables and master data in SAP;Support RMA and Return (including FAR);Cooperate with Key Users on process & tools anomalies;Actively drive and support process standardization, first-level process automation and end-to-end process optimization;Support Internal Control testing and audit;Support the team in achievement of our corporate KPIs;Collaborate closely with the Competence Centre team members in our CRM System ensuring all important SLAs are met;Perform team tasks as agreed to support the business situation. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in a business management, computer science, business study or related supply chain field;At least 2 years of Supply Chain/Operation proven success experience in Supply Chain Management environment. Strong IT skills are a significant advantage;Fluency in English and another European Language as a bonus;Experience using MS Office suite with focus on Excel functions including, vlookups, pivot tables and macros;Knowledge of SAP ERP applications and CRM system an advantage;Knowledge of Python scripts as an advantage, and/or experience with Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) as an added advantage;Advanced (end-to-end) technical knowledge to be able to execute advanced tasks and support process improvements, enhancement, standardization and automation;Coordination and scheduling of team tasks and mentorship skills to buddy for new hires; Support in handover and implementation of new tasks to CC;Ability to identify and understand problems within own working area and contribute to solution (process improvements, enhancement, standardization and automation); proactively creating innovative ideas for further improvement and enhancement of processes and tools;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Excellent organizational and time management skills;Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work with employees at all levels;Ability to multitask & work under pressure;Has a Zero Defect and Customer Service (internal) mindset;Works proactively with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.
