Job Summary:
The candidate will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite. Responsibilities include:
10 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications, working with Functional teams to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suites.
Hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs based on requirements, and enhance/build tools related to HCM data migration and reporting.
Functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules to understand requirements for designing & building solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM with strong configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent & Performance.
Experience in delivering Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features.
Complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.
Experience in resolving performance issues in data migration, integration & reporting tracks, with knowledge of tuning SQL and best practices for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
Expertise in multiple technical areas with exposure to the entire Cloud HCM SaaS/PaaS tech toolsets (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula, OVB, OIC, ODA, etc.).
