Tasks Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks to improve overall application efficiency.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements Understanding of how to apply microservice architectures successfully; Experience in using NoSQL databases - ElasticSearch (preferred), Dynamo, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
Exposure to event-driven architectures and event streaming/messaging tools like Kafka (preferred) Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc; Significant C#.NET experience and expertise; Be able to identify opportunities for best practice improvements within the team and share knowledge on how to address them; Be able to tackle complex technical problems; Experience in working in an Agile environment; Proven record of mentoring and coaching more junior engineers; Experience of driving an improvement in best practices within the team.
