col-wideJob Description:What you'll be doing:Create engaging and informative animated videos aligned with our brand's strategy and guidelines.Brainstorm with the team and develop different video formats, such as animated shorts and exercise demonstrations, to enrich and personalize our educational content.Maintain ownership of your work from concept stage through final delivery;Identify opportunities for creative problem solving;Collaborate and partner directly with Stakeholders across the business, lead group discussions and ideate towards individual assignments.Strong visual taste and aptitude to translate statics assets into strong animations, while keeping all graphics on-brand and consistent.Create video content to be used for our usersCollaborate with other designers and partners to evolve Sword's brand identity.Deliver work on time and proactively communicate when extensions are needed.What you need to have:+3 years experience as Motion Design at a product company or agency (B2C experience is a bonus);A portfolio that showcases strong motion visuals,Mastery of Adobe After Effects is essential,Experience in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition.Experience working with video footage, integrating motion graphics into video sequences, and ensuring a seamless and cohesive visual experience.Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender or similar 3D tools is a plus.Ability to create design assets or storyboards.Excellence in color, layout, and composition;Basic proficiency in audio editing tools to fine-tune and edit audio elements as needed for motion design projects.Natural storyteller with a strong ability to showcase work, rationalize decisions and communicate concepts;Strong attention to detail and highly organized;Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and integrate quickly within a fast-paced environment with a variety of motion design challenges;Comfortable working remotely with a global team across multiple time zones;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
