Unilabs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As the Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing all aspects of the company's M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing integration processes. In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution of transactions Develop and maintain relationships with potential acquisition targets, investment banks, and other external advisors Evaluate strategic opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform M&A strategy and decision-making Present investment recommendations, financial models, and valuations to senior executives and board members Manage integration processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful post-acquisition integration Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion We are looking for a candidate with:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development Proven track record of leading and successfully executing M&A transactions Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software If you are a highly motivated and strategic professional with a deep understanding of M&A and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you.
