Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager

Unilabs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As the Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, you will play a key role in leading and executing all aspects of the company's M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing integration processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of a leading healthcare company and make a significant impact in the industry.In this role, you will:Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and execution of transactionsDevelop and maintain relationships with potential acquisition targets, investment banks, and other external advisorsEvaluate strategic opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform M&A strategy and decision-makingPresent investment recommendations, financial models, and valuations to senior executives and board membersManage integration processes and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful post-acquisition integrationMonitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansionWe are looking for a candidate with:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate developmentProven track record of leading and successfully executing M&A transactionsStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsExcellent negotiation and communication abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levelsExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling softwareIf you are a highly motivated and strategic professional with a deep understanding of M&A and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare industry, we would love to hear from you.
