We are looking for a Senior Marketing Professional to join Critical Software as a Business Enablement Specialist. As a Senior Business Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving and implementing strategic initiatives to empower our sales and marketing teams and help us grow our business in one of our main Divisions. Working closely with the Business Enablement Manager and Division stakeholders, you will take ownership of planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales-related initiatives, gathering market insights, and developing relationships that strengthen our brand presence and market penetration in the mentioned markets.

What do we expect from you? Market Intelligence: Conduct research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the given markets.Market Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop the marketing strategy for the vertical you are managing; create, implement, and ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively, and progress is tracked against established goals.Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead targeted ABM efforts by identifying and researching high-value accounts in the given markets, assisting in the development and execution of multi-channel, personalized campaigns tailored to specific account needs and challenges. Track engagement metrics, report on campaign performance, and implement changes to optimize strategies and enhance engagement with key accounts.Content Planning: Lead the content planning tailored to support industry-specific campaigns; develop and adapt sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials tailored for those industries.Lead Generation: Plan and execute industry-specific marketing campaigns, such as events, webinars, and other targeted initiatives, to generate and nurture leads.Lead Development: Work closely with the sales teams to identify, engage, and follow up on new leads and opportunities generated from field activities.Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of current initiatives, gathering valuable insights to improve future planning.Partnership Management: Lead the relationship with external partners to develop co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and mutually beneficial programs that enhance lead generation and market presence, while maintaining strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders.What makes you a good candidate for this role? 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Business Development;Experience in a context of B2B tech services (must-have);Firsthand experience in American business culture or working in an American company (preferably);International experience (mandatory);Experience with Partnership Management.Languages: Native in English (must-have), knowledge of additional languages is also a plus.Education: Background in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
