What we are looking for: We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our global marketing team. What you will be doing: Semperian marketers dig in, think creatively, and get stuff done. As a Senior Marketing Operations (MOPS) Manager, you'll work with a global team to bring campaigns to life, manage the martech stack, and get into the nitty-gritty of day-to-day operations. Are you a big fan of thorough QA? Great, we could use someone like you. From proofreading layouts to cleaning up HTML to sanity-checking filter criteria, you'll ensure that our public-facing online assets are ready for prime time. Is your data hygiene game on point? Awesome. Clean data means valuable, viable leads coming into the funnel with accurate datapoints to make key decisions. A clean database is a happy one, right? We'll collaborate, giggle, and grow together while embodying the Semperis value of being a #ForceForGood. Your experience looks something like this, in a nutshell: At least 4 years of Marketo experience. Beyond landing pages and emails, you A/B test and improve deliverability. Beyond integrations, you troubleshoot data passes and investigate records for stakeholders outside of marketing. Beyond campaign ops, you've built operational infrastructure related to lifecycle and privacy. Beyond data normalization, you do health checks, maintenance, and operational automation optimization. Beyond analytics, you surface insights and create digestible templates for the broader Marketing team. Beyond Marketo: SFDC, WordPress, maybe a webinar platform or two. You know classic best practices, sure; but you also know how to establish them for current needs…and you document them. A background in marketing automation, marketing operations, campaign operations, or marketing services. Solid time management and communication skills. You get bonus points for… Ability to write (or draft) digital content. Basic design skills. Having dabbled in project management. Familiarity with video, intent, and/or advertising platforms. Working with tools focused on video hosting, conversational marketing, in-person events, SEM, SEO, social media. Experience in the cybersecurity space
