As an Application Support Manager/Team Lead, you will work for our client—a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for functional and manual testing and can successfully manage application registration, create thorough test scripts, and occasionally execute automated tests. Your Main Responsibilities: Participate in one of the industry's largest and most successful IT projectsDefine and implement test plan strategiesCreate detailed specifications and test documentationConduct functional testing (requirement-based, business process-based) and acceptance testingWork closely with project leaders (Chef de Projet) to ensure tasks are clear, as the QAs do not have direct contact with the development teamSolve problems creatively and efficiently, within the scope of assigned tasksYou're ideal for the role if you have:At least 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong experience in creating test documentation, preferably in the payments domainProficiency in conducting manual tests, creating test scripts, and occasionally executing automated tests (not developing them)Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (primarily working under Waterfall, with some Agile projects)Functional knowledge of payment systems, including Instant Payment and SEPAExpertise with ALM (essential, as all projects use ALM) and experience with SQLExperience with JIRA; knowledge of Postman for API testing is a plusISTQB and ISTQB Agile Tester certificationsStrong communication skills and fluency in French (C1)We would like to meet you.
