In this role, you will drive a digital and cultural transformation within our global sales and marketing processes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the global digital sales and marketing technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals and market demands.Align technology investments with business goals, advancing digital collaboration between sales, marketing, and partner functions.Technology and Platform Management:Oversee the strategic development and optimization of Salesforce.com CRM and other sales and marketing platforms.Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI, automation, and data-driven tools, to streamline sales and marketing processes and user experience.Ensure the integration of marketing automation tools with sales platforms to drive data-driven decision-making and scalable personalization of customer journeys.Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and other applicable functional teams.Manage applicable 3rd party relationships to ensure service quality and compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.Stay updated with advancements in sales and marketing technologies and analytics tools.Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales and marketing technology stack to continuously improve productivity, scalability, and customer experience.What we're looking for:Proven experience in sales and marketing technology, digital transformation, or a similar role within a multi-service global B2B organization.Proven experience in supporting marketing analytics, database management, or a related field.Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions and functions.Track record of successful sales and marketing technology implementations.Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and related sales and marketing technology platforms.Proficiency in marketing & data analysis tools and software (e.g., Dataiku, PowerBI, Snowflake, and/or similar).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead through influence, inspire, and empower team members.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic vision combined with a hands-on ability to implement change.Certifications in data management & analytics systems and marketing platforms.If you are an innovative thinker with strong sales and marketing technology expertise and the ability to lead digital transformation, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our digitalization and innovation strategy.
