We are a diverse company with over 43,000 employees in almost 50 countries, and we are looking for a Senior Manager Change Management & Communications to join us in Lisbon, Portugal.As Senior Manager Change Management & Communications at ZEISS, you will be responsible for our global Change Management & Communications Team, leading change initiatives and developing effective communication for on one of the company's key transformation programs.The role requires strong change management, stakeholder management and change communication skills to manage various international and cross-hierarchy audience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a holistic change management and change communications strategy related to the implementation of a large strategic programCollaborate with key stakeholders across multiple functions and hierarchy levels to identify, coordinate and align on change needs and initiativesCreate and execute tailored change and communication plans and materials for diverse stakeholders and audiences (e.g. Management Board, global and local leaders and employees, employee representatives etc.)Assess the effectiveness of change management activities and provide regular updates on achievements, challenges and potential risk areasSupport leaders involved in the program to live up their role as role models and change ambassadorsWork collaboratively with your team and other corporate functions to ensure all change communications are streamlined and alignedQualifications:Master's or comparable university degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields of studySeveral years' experience in leading significant change management and transformation programs, preferably in international large-scale or matrix organizationsProven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies in regional or global environmentProven and demonstrable leadership in concept development, steering and implementation of change initiatives, supported by change-specific tools and methodsComprehensive knowledge and experience of change management principles and tools. External qualifications in CM methodology (e.g. Prosci) are desired but not required.Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong ambition for drive as well as a can-do attitude and personal resilienceStrong communication and relationship skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with international senior stakeholdersExperience dealing with cultural and functional differences and ability to drive understanding and alignmentVery strong speaking and writing skills in English
