Account Management will leverage an agile Pod model that will include a rich set of optimization capabilities such as Process Mining, Process Re-Engineering, Robotics Process Automation, BPM, Digital Adoption Platforms, and others.Introduction to role:As a Senior Manager, you will be directly involved in conceptualizing, scoping, and selling end-to-end process optimization initiatives to one or more of our dedicated customer groups: R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Enabling Units.Accountabilities:As a Senior Manager, you will build and maintain sustainable, trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and capability leaders. You will collaborate with relevant business unit leaders to uncover potential process optimization opportunities. You will establish and lead a delivery Pod aligned to respective business units that will deliver end-to-end services through defined roles and operating models. You will also manage senior stakeholder expectations against agreed business outcomes and delivery roadmap
