You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the stability, security, and performance of our critical Linux-based systems, ensuring seamless operation of the bank's IT infrastructure. Your main responsibilities:Overseeing the management, upkeep, and monitoring of Linux servers and applications, including tasks such as system updates, patching, and configuration management.Carrying out routine system and security audits, performing vulnerability assessments, and formulating effective strategies to address potential risks.Taking a proactive stance in identifying and resolving system performance concerns, ensuring optimal availability and minimal downtime.Delivering proficient technical assistance and expert advice to users and fellow IT team members, skillfully navigating complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.Thoroughly documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain precise records and promote smooth knowledge sharing.Actively participating in on-call rotations and extending after-hours support as needed.You're ideal for the role if you have:5+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Solid understanding of Linux operating systems RHEL and CentOS.Proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware and OpenStack.Expertise in containerization platforms including Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift.Experience in configuring firewalls and implementing load-balancing solutions.Knowledge of storage solutions like SAN and NAS.Proficiency in scripting languages – Bash, Python, or Perl.#GETREADY to meet with us!
