On a daily basis, you will work closely with the operational teams.YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLICIn this context, your missions are as follows:Review, draft and negotiate all types of contracts (suppliers, partners, affiliates, etc.) and contractual documents (general terms and conditions, gaming rules, etc.) in relation with the company's activities;Ensure the follow-up and a smooth execution of contracts in close collaboration with operational teams;Advise operational teams on any legal issue or contract enforcement question;Advise the operational teams and ensure legal and regulatory follow-up on marketing communication strategies (in coordination with the teams in charge of compliance);Ensure the legality of promotional operations (legal safety statements, gaming rules) and the general terms and conditions of the sites;Conduct a legal watch of legislative and regulatory changes applicable to the company's activity (law of obligations, consumer law, commercial and economic law, etc.);Advise and handle any pre-litigation; Work closely with the company's external counsel in case of commercial litigation and with the compliance team in case of administrative proceedings;Contribute to public affairs initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Full fluency in English and Portuguese (written and oral) required.Master's degree of a Law University - Experience abroad (LLM in particular) is required.A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience – Experience in an international context appreciatedProficient in office automation and computer toolsMethod, rigor and unfailing confidentialityExcellent oral and written communication skillsAdaptability, ease in contacts, diplomacyCapacity to absorb complexity and business orientedStrong vulgarization and analytical skillsIntegrity, good raising of informationCapacity for autonomy and team workWHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?If your application is successful, Elodie will contact you within a week to schedule a 30-minute HR prequalification interviewAfterward, you will be asked to complete the AssessFirst test, which assesses your personality, motivations, and reasoningNext, you'll meet with Sarah, General Counsel, then Audrey, Head of Legal ContractsFinally, Elodie will conduct a concluding HR interview where you will review and discuss the results of your AssessFirst test.To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?Meal allowanceFitness benefit up to €30 per monthPrivate health insurance for employee and dependents after 6 months of employmentWork flexibilityConstant focus on skills development with a personalized annual training programCareer development in an international environmentA competitive salary packageIndefinite position to be filled as soon as possible in Lisbon, Portugal.
