Teams of IT and Banking Support Activities work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms.Job DescriptionAdministrative management of training:Shared training sessions for the group's retail banks (Banques Populaires and Caisses d'Epargne) - (batch 1)Organization of training (inter or intra) as part of the training plan for entities managed by 'Le Campus BPCE' - (batch 2): BPCE SA, CEGC, BPCE Factor, BPCE Financement, BPCE Lease, Car LeaseMain tasks and goals:Session planningRegistration of employees with training organizationsOrganization of the logistics of the sessionsAdministrative and financial management of training (from purchase order to invoicing)Archiving of training documentsEntering signatures in the internal LMS and tracing trainingRegistration and follow-up of regulatory e-learning training and continuing educationPreparation of training committee presentationsHR watch / Training with the client (communication, brainstorming workshops)Continuous process improvementReportings.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in administrative support within a learning and development environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, reporting, and performance monitoring.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.At least a French level C1 (mandatory) and an English level of B1.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of working collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expertise in learning management systems, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.A deep passion for supporting the learning and development of others, with a dedication to exceeding client expectations and achieving performance targets.We will only consider English or French CV's.#J-18808-Ljbffr
