The Senior Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with organizational goals. This role will lead initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, driving organizational effectiveness and growth.
The Senior L&D Specialist acts as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that the learning culture supports the organization's business objectives and fosters continuous development for all employees.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend tailored solutions for different departments and levels.Design, deliver, and evaluate training initiatives, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring programs.Develop leadership development programs to enhance managerial and leadership capabilities across the organization.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs, using metrics to continuously improve content and delivery.Manage external learning partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality training solutions.Drive the creation of a continuous learning culture through innovative solutions like digital learning platforms, blended learning, and on-demand learning resources.Your Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D and/or organizational development.Proven track record in leading large-scale learning initiatives, and facilitating workshops or training programs.Familiarity with modern learning technologies and platforms such as LMS.Ability to create blended learning experiences through technology and traditional methods.Data analysis skills for measuring program effectiveness and ROI.High level of emotional intelligence as well as good communication and conflict management skills.A flexible approach that allows you to be successful in a fast-paced and highly changeable environment.Previous experience working for Digital, Internet, or Software companies in an international environment.Certification in Pedagogical Competencies (nice to have).Coaching Certification is beneficial (nice to have).Competitive RewardsMarket-aligned compensation package, yearly bonus, and access to a share-save plan.
