Senior Kyc Officer (M/F) – Porto

Fórum Selecção is looking for a Senior KYC Officer (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Porto).
Main activities:

Liaise with Compliance to understand Business / Compliance needs whenever needed to obtain clarifications/validations or unblock ongoing issues.
Proceed with necessary updates in OPM, having in mind the experience of the user and the operational applicability.
Create user stories in coordination with IT team and coordinate the dates for releases.
Transfer the knowledge related to the tool to the final users from the department, promoting the use of the tool in a continuous improvement mindset.
Suggest enhancements to the tool and anticipate/report issues to reduce risks and increase efficiency.
Monitor all relevant topics closely with the help of the Product Owner, ensuring any potential issue in the process is escalated in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders.
All relevant updates require testing.

Profile and skills we look for:

Senior profile with knowledge about KYC processes and AML regulations.
Communication, negotiation, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and deal with ambiguity and complexity.
Ideally, the profile must have skills regarding OPM: Oracle Policy Modeling.
English (expert).
Portuguese (practical).

Temporary project: 6 months (expected)
Schedule between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Hybrid).
Location: Porto.
