Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Know Your Customer (KYC) Analyst for our GBS.
Responsibilities - Mission
Compliance topics are at the heart of Airbus culture. The mission of the "Business Development Compliance & AML" team is to spread this culture within the Finance community in Airbus Divisions and Subsidiaries, ensuring that the Finance Compliance processes (incl. KYC) are applied and become part of the Airbus Finance community DNA.
As Senior KYC Analyst, you will manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in which Finance is a key player.
Responsibilities - Your Mission
Perform onboarding of existing and new customers
Understand the KYC policy and the role of Finance within this process.
Analyze customer's corporate/shareholder structure to identify ultimate beneficiaries.
Analyze customer financials to detect possible unusual financial profiles.
Analyze origin of funds.
Be the interface of the Airbus business units for collecting customer information.
Work closely with the Airbus subsidiaries to support their KYC screenings.
Screen customer backlog in a timely manner, ensuring structured backlog follow-up and communication with the Airbus Subsidiaries.
Escalate to the KYC central team the customers presenting red flags or high-risk profiles.
Document and archive KYC documentation properly.
Provide regular and structured reporting to the KYC central team.
Be autonomous while prioritizing tasks and managing onboarding requests and respective stakeholders.
Manage customers' alerts
Monitor and handle customer alerts within the Compliance Catalyst tool (the KYC supporting tool) in a timely manner on behalf of the 3 Airbus Divisions.
Escalate to the KYC central team any customer alerts presenting red flags.
Support Compliance Catalyst tool migration
Ensure migration of data from current version to upgraded version.
Support upgraded tool deployment and training.
