Descrição Maximize revenue growth and profit by building strategic partnerships with key accounts. Plan and execute sales strategies tailored for the selected accounts and aligned with the local business strategy. Cross-functional collaborator to align company resources with client objectives. Highly analytical, using data to monitor performance, inform decision making, and drive strategic improvements.
Perfil ideal Develop Strategic Account Management to achieve sales targets and objectives;Engage in negotiations that aim at building strong and long-term oriented relationships with the channel account;Partner relationship management to deliver a strong understanding of the client's needs;Cross-collaboration within internal business divisions;Forecasting, performance tracking & reporting;7-10 years experience in key account management;Experience with Sonae/Worten accounts is preferred;Success in sales target and client relationship development;Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving;Adaptability & Resilience;Strong negotiation skills;Project Management & Organizational Skills;Excellent communication skills and confident presenting (fluent English);Team player with a customer-oriented approach and commercial awareness;Analytical & Data Driven;Proven experience in team leadership.Vantagens
