Responsibilities: Lead a technical team, guiding project development and ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals. Oversee technical delivery management, ensuring timely and successful completion of high-quality solutions. Take a hands-on approach to implementation, directly contributing to the development process and ensuring technical excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar; More than 5 years of experience with Java 11 or 17 development; Strong experience in Spring Boot development; Availability to travel to other locations when required (planned beforehand); Good level of English (at least C1).
