What you'll do
SAP is looking to further strengthen our Core Technology Services Security team (Network, Authentication and Mail). The position is located onsite in our Lisboa office working as part of our global team of experts. The position requires analytical skills with a genuine service-oriented approach. Experience in a technically complex environment and the ability to perform under pressure are valued assets.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Compliance: Work alongside technical service owners to develop and update security documentation and ensure adherence to global security policies and standards.
Audit Co-ordination and compliance management: Serve as the point of contact for audit-related communications, providing regular updates, coordinating interactions between audit and technical teams. Drive continuous improvements, streamline audit processes, enhance compliance reporting, help to improve efficiency within the IT security audit function.
Security Awareness Training: Provide security awareness training towards our global team sharing cybersecurity best practices and internal policy updates.
Security Reporting and Monitoring: Utilize industry tools to generate insightful reports and create dynamic dashboards for monitoring real-time security risks.
Vulnerability Management: Collaborate with the IT Security vulnerability management team and our technical teams to proactively identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
Penetration Testing and Risk Assessment: Co-ordinate with external penetration testing and internal technical teams, efficiently managing findings, mitigation efforts, and seek necessary approvals.
What you bring
Proficiency in information security aspects such as vulnerability management, cryptography, network security, and authentication technologies.
Previous exposure to compliance and audit-related activities.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable to work independently across global time zones.
Fluent English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
Sound knowledge of IT processes and policies, leveraging both theoretical base and practical expertise for informed decisions.
An inherent spirit of curiosity.
