Descrição da Função As an IT System Engineer Finance Solutions, you will consult Infineon's Finance community, understand their requirements and help them to realize and improve their business processes. Furthermore, you will be part of global IT projects, actively drive improvements and take care of operational stability. In your new role you will: Support & further improve the current Robotics Process Automation solution. This includes continuous improvement of the operational setup, infrastructure, updates and implementation of new functionalities. Support the initial setup of ServiceNow Finance Module and support later on operations & improvement of the solution as substitute Finance Module Owner. Engage with business users & stakeholders to gather requirements, understand demands and prioritize those requirements regarding implementation feasibility. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Handle Incidents, Change Requests as well as Problem Management. Work closely with cross-functional teams for platform improvements.
